1. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Bookings are made through NightsBridge, with payment options provided at the time of booking.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due before arrival.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

  • Our standard cancellation policy is available on the booking platform (NightsBridge).

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

3. Your Stay

  • Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00.

  • Guests are expected to respect property rules, including quiet hours and maintaining the cleanliness of cottages.

  • You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay.

4. Liability

  • Eerstebosch is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

  • Guests stay at their own risk while on the property or using facilities such as walking trails, pools, or communal areas.

5. Website Use

  • You agree to use the website lawfully and not misuse any content.

  • All content on the website, including images and text, is property of Eerstebosch and may not be copied without permission.

6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction.
